Depends on which trade price you believe. Rumor I tend to believe was 3 1sts, 3 2nds plus players for a MVP QB and contending with his massive new contract. But with Lamar wanting a team to build around him, that asking price and contract made it impossible to do realistically. -
Stroud has not looked good at all. But the Texans are still in it because they have invested in other areas. They are 25 out of 32 in offensive line spending compared to the Panthers who are #1 to the detriment of the rest of the roster. Folks are digging in on bashing CJ so hard because they are desperate to compensate for their guy. Honestly cringe. -
Whoopty doo...So I guess there was no reason to draft stroud then right? They had the answer already on the roster....
