Rd 1, Pk 24:
With your first round draft pick - you need to get a rookie-starter. Even if it is at the end of the first round - whoever it is - they should be contributing THIS season. I believe that Bradberry and Cockrell are viewed as our #1 and #2 CBs even after the draft goes down. I believe Rivera's staff doesn't view CB as a top priority after Cockrell was brought in. TE is another position that is high on my priority list but Greg hasn't retired yet and I don't think there is any TE that has 1st round value anyway. DE is huge on my list but I don't see us getting anyone of value at this range - especially in this weak draft class for 4-3 DEs. RB, WR are also big considerations but at the end of the day - I think the only positions that we can find a Day-1 starter at Pick 24 are OG/C or Safety.

The pick is Justin Reid, FS Stanford.
I hope we can trade back and grab some more picks and still get our guy but if we can find a trade partner - this is the choice at #24.
Will Hernandez or James Daniels could be the pick - but my gut tells me RR's staff thinks they have an "answer on the roster" for the LG position.

Rd 2, Pk 55:
To be honest - I wouldn't mind double-dipping and getting another Safety to solidify our secondary but the value at certain positions cannot be ignored from here on out. It has to be BPA at positions of need. I believe there will be a run of TEs in the 2nd round and we have to hope that one of the 4 ballers falls to the end of the round. Gesicki, Goedert, Andrews and Hurst are amazing and I would be happy with pretty much all of them. None of them are going to be there at the end of the 3rd round - so now is the time to get our guy.

The pick is Dallas Goedert, TE South Dakota St. 
I would be happy with any one of these guys but Gesicki and Goedert are my favs. 

Rd 3, Pk 85: 
The value picks keep rolling in. We keep having to cross our fingers and hope the talent falls at the positions of need. Just like the run of TEs in the 2nd round - the same will happen in the 3rd round for RBs. Chubb, Johnson, Perry, Freeman will all be flying off the board.

The pick is Nick Chubb, RB Georgia. 
I will be happy with any of the above but Chubb and Freeman are my favs.

Rd 3, Pk 88: 
After breathing a sigh of relief to land Chubb at the end of the 3rd, we look up 3 picks later and are staring at another player that has dropped further than we expected waiting to be scooped up.

The pick is Anthony Miller, WR Memphis. 
We could go Frank Ragnow here but I think he will be off the board. Daesean Hamilton is another WR that could be selected here.

I like all of these picks except I would still prefer Sony Michel over Chubb, just because Michel is a much better blocker and pass catcher.

      lol, that second part is quite literally one of the dumbest things ever. Having or not having guaranteed contracts has absolutely nothing to do with how much these billionaires have to pay.  Because there is a hard cap and a minimum cap spend requirement, and teams either use their cap or roll it over to use it all the next year, so the owners have to pay the same amount of money in the end no matter what. Having fully guaranteed contracts in the NFL would only hurt salary cap management, and thus would end up screwing over the team and its fan base when teams kiss on signings as they take up cap room that is needed to improve the roster. Look at the Browns with Watson, they gave him the fully guaranteed deal and all it’s doing is sucking up massive cap space now.  If they hadn’t done that, the owner would still be paying the same amount of money each year as that cap space would still be used elsewhere. If you want to argue for fully guaranteed contracts because the players deserve it, that’s an entirely different argument and a fair one to discuss.  But anyone against fully guaranteed deals isn’t doing it to argue for the billionaire owners.

      Ryabkin could be the steal of the draft, he was a Top 10 pick heading into last season and had a rough year.  Lots of GMs passed on him because of that and his workouts. Pick has really high upside and Svech should be able to translate Rod tearing his arse a new one for making dumb plays since Svech has had several years of it.  🤣😂
