There’s no question it was a bad pick. I just think he’s got way more potential than Hackenberg who looked terrible when he was done at PSU.

Against two power five opponents last season, Allen went a combined 32-64 for 238 yards, 0 TDs, and 3 INTs. Against one power five opponent the year before he went 16-32 for 189 yards, 1 TD and 5 INTs. So, against P5 schools he's a 50% passer with a 1:8 TD:INT ratio.

Honestly, had he played at a decent school I'm not sure he would've ever gotten off the bench. And the Bills took him #7 overall. LOL!

He does but it was still a horrible pick esp with Rosen on the board.

That said I liked Hack coming out of college if he went to a program that would work on his mechanics.

I was horribly wrong.

Just now, electro's horse said:

Saying a jewish guy isn't the right culture fit for a town like buffalo is uh problematic at the least

For a town like Buffalo? What's that supposed to mean?

You're reading way too much into that statement when it's been widely reported that plenty of teams had concerns about Rosen's attitude and "millennial ways". If you're jumping straight to his Jewish heritage instead of what had been widely reported leading up to the draft it's just because you want to do it.

"widely reported" is complete horseshit in the same vein as cam's fake smile. Rosen got the same character assassination cam got predraft for reasons and it doesn't take a genius to figure out why.

if you don't understand why calling a jewish guy a culture fit is a problem then I don't know what to tell you.

Rosen is just a particular guy that is not a fit with many teams.  If the Bills are making a locker room like ours, then a guy like Rosen isn't fitting.  He's slimy douche-ish rather than overly confident...Cam is the latter.  You can almost see J Rosen trying to be some overly confident character rather than a genuine confident prick, which makes him that annoying douche.  I can see certain player types straight up not having it with him and pulling a Smitty with a haymaker.  The Jewish thing...meh lol
