Doesn’t Julio have to be a free agent for tampering? Also, doesn’t it have to be outside the free agency window for tampering?

 

they may have deleted by Julio’s or his agent’s request.  He is trying to get a new contract and this wouldn’t help.

probably this.  He skipped their otas but came to Cam's gig.  Might be too much of a possible slap in the face, so his agent may be trying to get ahead of something that might blow up
