Matt Moore Should Start Sunday

What you have is 2 year old stats and imagination. What I have is preseason stats for the past 2 years. And they show he has regressed since 2007 not improved.

What I have is actual NFL starts to base it off of......what you have is preseason games with a QB surrounded by scrubs as your evidence. I will use real games instead of preseason snaps w/ guys who aren't good enough to make rosters playing with him.

Again, even if Moore is bad. There is little argument to be made he could put together a 5 game stretch as bad as Jake has started this season. Find a QB who has turned the ball over like Jake has in a 5 game stretch? Jake was good...at times great. There is nothing to suggest he is still that guy...the play speaks otherwise.

Again, you can't compare a QB's play w/ NFL starters vs. how he performs w/ scrubs and guys who aren't good enough to be on NFL rosters. That does not mean he has regressed.....

The problem is that both of you are right. Delhomme is awful and will never be what he used to be. On a good day he's average, and on his bad days he's almost unwatchable.

Unfortunately, Matt Moore is also terrible and has done nothing to suggest otherwise in his career as a Panther. He'll get in the game further down the stretch this year and then everyone will realize just how terrible we are quarterback right now.

Look at the last two of those post season games. Blowouts. And if you people would join me in the present.

All running backs were out in that one against the Seahawks, and last year we were out of the game before the anthem was over and had to try and get back in the game. The Cardinals buzzed sawed everyone but their first playoff game on the way to the Superbowl

What you have is starts over 2 years old. Want to see how Jake was 2 years ago and make something about that.

I compare a quarterback in Moore who hasn't played well in 2 years. Maybe we should look at how he did this year against Philly? Otherwise that is all you have. Certainly nothing to suggest he will be better.

Matt Moore might be good might be bad. You can't say he will be terrible until he shows that when it matters. We know that Jake has good and bad games the unfortunate part is the bad is coming far more then the good recently. At least with Moore there is hope.

I think most people know how terrible we are at quarterback.(thank the FO for that)

Moore has more of a chance/potential than does Jake at this point.

With Moore, he still MIGHT be good in game situations. With Jake you KNOW he will suck balls every week.

Jake started off so well that year he went down with the elbow injury, and that is what people see. They see how they wish it was, not what is.

Problem is, we all know who the coach is... and he's not changing QB's after 2 wins. Even if the last win was in spite of Jake, and not because of him.

Moore will see starts towards the later part of the year. We have to find out if we have something in him before we hit the offseason again. I'm just not sure that you do that when you're 2-3 and you've got yet another terrible team on the schedule coming up.

Moore has never played that poorly when given the chance to prepare and start an NFL game.

Jake has played poorly in the majority of the games this season. He has turned the ball over 12 times in 5 games....a turnover streach that is near impossible to duplicate and there have been no signs of him getting back into form.

garbage time is not when you judge a QB. Moore was a different QB in 07 in garbage time vs. games where he was given a start and allowed to play real football.

And in both cases the Hawks and the Cards found a way to shut down SS and Jake was helpless. Lets face it SS made Jake.
