Cause it’s preaseason with no real game planing duh. I’ll put some money on it that CMC want be the leading rusher, he will get all purpose yards though .

Cmc will get up to 1800 yards from  scrimmage while c j will get about 7 carries a game ehich is the same number our backup rb(cmc) got last year

Really like what we saw in the game. Reminds me of younger Tolbert with the sudden power and unexpected speed/agility. I think CJ has a little more speed/agility though and will be better used overall. Can't wait to see him dig in this season.

Still want be the leading rusher on the team cause CAP is gonna have 800 - 1,000 rushing yards

Maybe the coaches are more curious as to how cmc does with a full load? Looking back to last season with the exception of one drive in the GB game and for part of the first ATL game,  McCafrey was constantly in and out of the lineup and only got over 10 carries in 3 games iirc.

I dont think theyre going to be using cj like stew last year. Maybe theryre going to try cmc as the everydown back and use cj for specialized situations like long pass pro and short yardage,  goal line.

No way in hell.

Its more like A1 and A2 and will be like Dwill and Stewart, 8-15 touches a game for each alternating the game plan, needs and the hot hand.

CMac is Marshall Faulk’s mini me, but CJ is Stewart ala 2011.

So you use a number 8 pick on a committee back? Wasted pick if they do that

You don't know football.

CMC is also like having an extra #2 WR out on the field

Yea that’s why he gets more than 8 to 15 touches and will be the lead back I know a little about football Tell me Yur football resume

CJ was one of the best signings of the offseason and will be a huge upgrade over Stewart as our PowerBack.

Agreed I see him getting many short yardage carries and used in the fourth quarter to run out the clock

Yeah he had several nice pass pro snaps. Still puzzled as to why he played when he did and for as long as he did...

I heard someone say that CAP went first in order to allow coaches to better evaluate him.  Also, Norv doesn't want to show his hand re: CMC and CJ together.
