Shula was just a fall man

I fugging hated Shula and wanted him gone

But it has become obvious that he was just a fall guy and just took the crucifixion from the fan base for Rivera

Norv is just a puppet for Ron

-we are still running the same gimmick end around (see the failed Samuel one earlier)

- we are still failing at player management 

-we are still making the same mental mistakes

-we are still are having the same clock mismanagement 

-we are still predictable running on first down and throwing to WRs running routes short of the sticks on 3rd

 

 

If it wasnt for Cam and Luke.  Ron would be long gone.  He is lucky due to the talent put around him.

We yet again are looking to fail to have back to back winnining seasons and this team has become stale

 

It may be the right time to part ways with Ron at seasons end

A lot of us been saying that for a long time now. We actually had a thread I think last year saying that it didn't matter if Shula was fired or not, Ron will just get another OC in here to run the same thing.

The NFL figured us out after the superbowl, and we've yet to adjust. We just keep doing the same thing because "it worked that one time".

Shula was Ron's pick. He wanted a guy to put his "vision" on the field, and someone he wouldn't have to worry about knifing him down the line. 

Whatever the story is with Norv, whether he's being sabotaged or is just incompetent, it's clear that isn't working either.
