if we could get 2 #1s and a QB id trade Cam...think Raiders would bite?

Careful, people will lynch you for this comment.  You're not wrong though.  If we truly are in a rebuilding phase why not at least shop him.  Guaranteed just on name alone we could catch someone way overreaching and benefit from additional cap/draft picks for the next few years.  I will say if we ride it out with him, would love to see us look at someone from the Tua/ Trevor Lawrence draft class.

On offense this crew is largely good and in tact, cut ties with Olsen because he's done, bye Kalil bros, otherwise, stay alright there, look for some tackle talent.

On defense, gut the thing.  Entire D-line needs to be re-tooled completely, Give Jermaine Carter and Andre Smith room to grow and cut Shaq.  In the secondary, cut Captain, Adams, and Munnerlynn.  Only person I'd fight to keep besides Donte obviously would be Eric Reid as he's actually been good back there.

Also, Cut Gano.  Literally, regardless of yesterday, he tanked our season against the Lions and the Seahawks the previous 2 weeks.

We are a couple dynamic defenses pieces away. Free up as much cap possible and go after the best de available, I wouldn’t stop there either, I’d make the trade up to grab nick bosa, from there sign or draft a pass defending safety. Sign a Run stuffing dt, and grab a young nickel cb in the 3rd. Also grab another Lb potentially early.

Offense is pretty much set, grab a late round WR maybe or a vet in fa, sign back Williams and Clark. Get o line depth

this staff needs to have hindsight, can’t be complacent after every winning season, because it’s proven time after time it leads to a losing season. This staff shouldn’t have to wait until a glaring need pops up to address it, proactively find a solution.

What the hell are you talking about?  Cams 30, not 40,..

Name quarterbacks that HAVENT thrown 4 interceptions once upon a time, or had 4 turnovers in a game-- some that havent thrown had 1-2 ints and 2-3 fumbles in the same game,.. I mean the Bens and the Aarons,.. so they were finished,...done for,... over,... when that happened the first time?

Trade Cam. 4 interceptions in one game is unacceptable. And I'm one of the biggest Cam Newton fan. Dude cares more about his goofy-ass wardrobe than perfecting his talents. It's time to move on.

lol. if I could wear a scarf and get away with it I would...

    • I hope you understand that this Anti Bryce thing as you call it is really a pro Panthers thing. I think I can safely use we. We want the best for the Panthers.  As far as this other post saying ‘Anti’ Bryce people do misinformation.. you mean like going all in on “Renfro should have caught” that poorly thrown ball? I guess it was week 1. And calling it a drop. Comical btw.  I wonder, did you call that out or let it slide because it aligned with your agenda?
    • These are great posts with the comparisons and the numbers.   I haven’t lookyat Smity’s numbers since probably the first time he was on the ballot.  But if you watched every week you know what he is. Whatever his yardage or targets numbers were.  He was fuging dominant. I have watched since the AFL days and seen who there is to see. There are many great WRs over the years. GREAT WRs. Smitty is up there in the game of football.
    • Smith is clear cut HOF if you judge what he did by reception. Fitzgerald was a stat padder.    The most Steve Smith was ever targeted in his career was in 2005 (150 targets). The same year he wins the triple crown.    Larry Fitzgerald was targeted more than 150 times over 9 separate seasons. Not once eclipsing 1500 yards in a season.    The over glazing of Larry Fitzgerald going around is way over blown. ARZ was top 10 in passing attempts nearly his entire prime. Steve Smith and Andre Johnson had it far worse and would have surpassed his #s in the same situation.
