In today's League, Reid deserved the fine. Decades ago, this is how a dirty player like Ronnie Lott made a name for himself and was celebrated.

Honestly during the game, I thought it was going to be flagged. Seemed to he took a few step and had time to pull up, ball was off the Wr hands and pass him.  I was glad it didn't get flagged, but I understand the fine.

I'm not a Reid hater, but I felt it should have been flagged during the game. I though we got away with one.  This is a legit fine to me. Now let's just "keep pounding"!!!

The announcers did make a big deal out of it being a clean hit to the chest area, and not a hit on a defenseless receiver. I know, I know, that's their job, but I agree in this case. Nothing dirty there.

Nothing dirty, but the fine is expected in today's NFL.  It's part of protecting the players.

NFL’s ambiguous definition has resulted in fines for even less than Reid’s hit there. This has nothing to do with Reid, any player could’ve easily been fined for that hit.
