See, that's what I don't agree with. You should have a chance with your backup than put a guy out there who isn't 100-80%. After this game they'd better evaluate if it is even necessary to play a injured Cam.

I call it as I see it. He hesitates. He makes these goal line throws a second late. Many times I saw a running late he would have usually beasted into there at the 1-2 yard line. Does that instinct to run it make him hesitate? We would need Cam's top game as a QB to even compete. If he ain't beastin we ain't winning.

i mean, QB1 had shoulder surgery in 2017  how in the name of god could this not have been a priority 

will have the same problem next year with a backup

Yep and G-man drafted Turner, Moton and Williams. He also signed Norwell (fired before Norwell played last year), Remmers and Larsen as UDFAs. Heck even Oher was a good FA signing.

Our end of 2014/2015 OL which was ranked top 5 was 4/5ths new guys from G-man. It was Hurney who let Norwell go and drafted no one in a great interior OL draft this year. He also took Haynes over Tyrell Crosby OT at the end of the 4th when Crosby had 2-3rd round grades, which was very bad in hindsight.

I could only imagine how many games Can would have missed if G-man really did ignore OL as much as people say he did. I also think Matt Kalil’s contract was more of Jerry’s doing. G-man got fired for not wanting to extend vets that Jerry adored and was known as a bargain bin FA guy yet he hands out a massive contract to a brother of another adored vet. 

I’m confused.  So what’s your point?  You posted that this team ignored the OL.  Now you’re saying we didn’t.

Lol. No I didn’t. You posted a reply to Ron ignoring the OL (while praising the Saints OL) and put the blame on Gettleman. I used a little sarcasm and showed how much Gettleman didn’t ignore OL and drafted 3 OL that went to the pro-bowl/we’re all-pro and a 4th (Moton) that may get there. Maybe Ron continuing to sit Williams, Norwell and Moton until forced to start them was a bit of an issue.
