LMAO and he calls himself a head coach.  Get this guy the hell out of here already.

It’s so infuriating. I mean it’s part of a coaches job to tell a player no you are hurting us and yourself by being on the field. I get he’s a “players” coach but come the fug on and do your job. You know a player is never going to willingly take himself out. It’s like a parent who’s afraid to tell their kids no.

4-12 hell yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

And we'll likely still be told by the usual suspects after the 4-12 year that its too "risky" to change coaches because there's nobody out there who is better!

Lol....people still havent realized that we overachieved even when we started 6-2 yet?

Jesus christ.

That' why I say he is not a good coach.  So did Luke tell him even if I am ok take me out or is it that offensive side of the ball he does not mind putting them at risk. I really believe he thinks offense is not important. That defense wins games no matter what. Too much risk has been placed on the offense side Olsen Cam and now Being me. Even MC Caffery he is running the kid to death why do we even carry a 2nd, 3rd string end they get no opportunity  not even when they should like in blowouts! I really dislike him as a coach.

    • Taking only players from the sheet that are realistically available in or after the listed round, I’d like… 1st: DT Caleb Banks (Styles not realistic) 2nd: LB Jacob Rodriguez 3rd: OT Best available from Bowry, Barber, and Casey 4th: CB Daylen Everette 5th: S Jalen Huskey 6th: RB Adam Randall 7th: IOL Best available from Lemieux, Dawkins, Leausa, and Brose   I know nothing about some of the players listed, but it seems like that would be the best way it could fall for now. I’m sure the list of who we meet will change a ton, and there will also be players we don’t meet with to keep quiet. I’d love to pick up Randall in the late rounds.
    • Not what I said. They know within the building why we aren't utilizing TEs more. If the rumors were true that we were seriously pursuing a couple of decent receiving TEs that strongly points toward a lack of quality receiving TEs currently on the roster. Does that mean we consider drafting one at 19? I don't know, but it wouldn't shock me and if we did there's only one guy it would be. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see TE drafting somewhere in the first three rounds.
    • Yeah, I don’t know. Tepper was behind the Bryce selection. Behind firings and hiring over his lack of development.  He doesn’t have to literally tell them their hands are tied for them to know this. It is in the air constantly. The Canales Bryce play calling was even portrayed by more than one person as Canales failing Bryce, instead of Bryce being responsible for his own performance (except when he does well, then it is all him). Now they have an extra coach in, to help the new OC get results from this QB.  The atmosphere is not welcoming to prototypical young QBs that have talent. You get Jake Plummer types or old vets. I think we are stuck.
