Monday's Fox press conference: Still won't commit to Jake for next week

He's still not saying whether Jake will start next week. Could our nightmare finally be coming to an end?

Remember that 4th and 1 play and they went over the top to Smitty for a huge gain? That was essentially the Fox/Davidson version of "Fu*k It".

I expect to see a similar play call on the starter next week. It will be Jake. They are just letting some time slip in there to ease the pain and outcry, not to mention figure out the spin. They may suck as play callers/coaches but they aren't stupid and they know it's too late to kick off the Jake ball & chain. They sink with Jake this week or they live to fight another day. Those are the only two choices.

Duh-- Of Couse it will be a decision made on Friday- this way Fox doesnt get the backlash from the fans all week.

At this point I don't care what Fox or Jake have done in the past. They both SUCK at their jobs and need to be FIRED..."no reason to believe otherwise"...give me a f*cking break jack a$$.

I have reason to believe that any QB on any team in the NFL could play better than Jake has.

What has Jake shown that would lead you to believe he's capable of beating the Cardinals? The last thing I want is Jake Delhomme going into a game thinking he's got to redeem himself from that horrendous playoff performance.
