Anyone have a 2010-12 Ford Fusion Sport they want to sell?

top dawg

Sure, it's a useless shot in the dark, but if anyone in North Carolina has a 2010-2012 Ford Fusion Sport with no more than about 110k miles, in sound condition mechanically and good condition cosmetically, I got $5500 (or so) that I'm willing to pay.

I just don't feel the need to overpay for a used car. Like most businesses, most dealers don't want to share any of that piece of pie they get from selling their vehicles (no matter what they paid for it). I had negotiated with one dealer in Cary for a 2010 Fusion Sport. We agreed on a price, and while I was on the way there, he sold the car to someone else. He told me he wouldn't do it, but that's exactly what he did. He gave me a song and dance about lots of people telling him thar they're coming and don't show up. He then proceeded to try and upsell me on a Taurus SHO that was $3000 more. But for my wife, I'd have probably cussed his ass out. Anyway...

It must be a 2010-2012 Fusion Sport with the 3.5L V6 engine, with a clear title (no rebuilt junk). It's the only Ford that I'd buy outside of a Mustang or F150. I actually was looking for a 2011 Camry, but you get so much more with the Ford for a similar price. I had found a Camry for $6000 out the door, but it was a base model. It only has 115k miles. Though a good deal, I just can't get the leather seats, fog lights and sunroof of the Fusion out my mind (not to mention the peppier engine). The Camry doesn't even have keyless entry. I just couldn't do it.

PM me if you just happen to have one you are willing to part with.

Max

Or craigslist

CarMax is a ripoff. All their cars are way overpriced. I would only suggest people visit CarMax as a last resort.

Thanks for the suggestion though. I have my eyes on Craigslist, CarGurus and Offer Up.

    • I read the entire article.   Seam routes are great against a single high safety because they have to make a decision.  They can be high risk, high reward play but they are a staple in nearly every NFL game.  Just because they are tight windows doesn't make them hospital balls. The biggest takeaway from that whole article was this is football.  You're going to get hit.  You can get lit up on any play.  QB tries the best he can to judge the distance but the structure of the play is going to get you hit and that safety can run down hill.   Here is one to Sanders, from the same game, who slows down slightly and puts himself in a better position to make the catch without getting lit up.  Hunter ran full tilt and jumped.  No fear running that route which is what Grok recommends.

    • You don't throw high over the middle, unless your Bryce then it's okay and it's the recievers fault. Plus Sanders is 6'4" 250 and Renfrow is 5'10" 180
