I met Everette Brown after he was drafted--he is a class human being.  He was humble, polite, and not arrogant.  He may not have made an impact on the league, but his relationship with Burns may pay off. It could ease his transition into the team chemistry and culture.  The faster the better.

I could not help going back to Brown and having a negative perception of Burns prior to the draft.  No valid reason, just cause he was an FSU guy.  That’s a me problem.  

That said Burns seems like a nice young man and is super talented.  Really like this guy and there are no comparisons between him and Brown other than they are both FSU guys with high character.  Glad he is on the team.

This dude is pure class. I was in the Montez Sweat camp but I text my friends “I hope it’s Sweat, Burns or a trade back” when it was our pick. Now, after watching interviews he’s had over the last day, I’m glad he was out pick. He’s super humble but oozes with confidence. He’ll be a great locker room addition and he’s just an absolute freak of an athlete. Big fan already
