Not sure if it's ok to put a thread like this here, but here it is. I had my only league draft earlier this week. It was an auction draft, pay league. The way things are in the pic is not how I have my lineup set - it was just the screen cap I took at the end of the draft.

I thought I may have overpaid to get CMC and Kamara, but I'm pretty happy with the way I was able to fill out my roster. If you disagree, light me up.

75% of your budget on Rbs?  Paying more for Kamara than CMC?  Im not in love.  Important to stay patient in auction leagues and find some late deals.  Id also rather pay 1$ for slye than 3 for butkner but I'm a homer.  Good luck and I hope I am wrong!

Yeah, I know it's a big investment. I hope it pays off. I've had years where I tried to be more balanced and it didn't pay off always. (Although I have won leagues being more conservative.) I guess time will tell.

I think Lamar Jackson is going to have a huge year, fantasy and otherwise. I'm really excited to see what he does this year.

      I thought he was from watching him play and also doing his first HC job. I thought he was the real deal  Apparently what happened is Kraft committed to Mayo and I don’t remember the timeline exactly - but Vrabel was unemployed at the same time Belichick was unemployed. They both were fired after the 2023 season.  Kraft hired Mayo. Who was kind of an obvious disaster. He probably already had the deal in place but I will give Kraft credit for not sleeping. With Vrabel out there for 2025 he made the move he needed to make and if it hurt Mayo’s feelings then oh well.  I guess you can tell I am not fond of Kraft but that was a really savvy move. At his age, pretty good. Still has it.

      It’s going to feel like a home game for the bills. There are so many of their fans that live down here now, and many of them have never seen Allen play in person since their last visit was 8 years ago. It didn’t matter for the cowboys game, but it might here. I think we likely lose a close one. Probably a questionable flag or two that doesn’t go our way. X factor for Buffalo will be Kincaid and Knox. If we do win it’s because we get ahead and play keep away from Allen. FYI- I have many friends who are Bills fans that are fed up with Beane who we all revere and think is the one that got away. They feel like he was great to land Josh but has done a terrible job of building around him (especially at WR) and rely on him to become super man to win- sounds kind of familiar, like the last time we had a franchise QB.
