Cam Said It's Time For Him To Look Himself In The Mirror

If y’all think cam wearing a scarf over his head to a press conference is normal behavior, you might need to look yourself in the mirror. It’s a cry for help or more attention or something that is not normal.  He is going through more than we know.   If he pulls out of this and back to his old self I will be surprised.  I really feel sorry for the guy and I hope the team is helping him more than physically.

What's wrong with him?  Only 5 Panthers players were on the injury report and Cam wasn't one of them.

You can break something say the year before and it fully heal and yet you never regain the same strength in that muscle or body part as before. The fact he had like what 1-2 rushing attempts as well when he averaged way more should tell you something is up. I think the shoulder is shot and that ankle injury isn't fully healed either.. ven in the press conference he mentions both..

Being the man he is tho hes like even if they are nothing me I gotta get it done.

When has Cams wardrobe ever been normal? He might be depressed at how things are going and his career in jeopardy but I dont think there is some crazy with him.

I understand what you are saying but the reports on the shoulder surgery have only been good from the get-go and we were also assured this was nothing more than a little "clean-up" to remove some scar tissue.  Training camp went great and he threw lots of long bombs in camp and he was also paced during camp so entered the season perfectly well rested.

I have never seen any report, official or otherwise, that was anything but 100% optimistic about the shoulder --- are you suggesting every single one of those reports was wrong?

He had a mid-foot sprain (3 weeks ago), nothing wrong with the ankle.

If the foot was still a problem, under explicit NFL rules the Panthers were obligated to put Cam on the injury report --- he was not listed either week.  If a team is found to be hiding injuries like this the sanctions can be quite serious including taking away draft picks, monetary fines, and suspending team personnel.
