For the most part, I don't care how it comes to be, I just think it needs to happen.

Charlotte is too ripe a market (in terms of demographics) to not have the MLS. That thing will pop here. Plus I love soccer, so it's a win for me.

I figured out a way that I would support "giving" Tepper the money.

Give it to him, but instead of it being a gift, it's more of a loan.  Say 9% APR.

 

I could get behind that.

Chicago Fire just got sold and wasnt playing in Soldier Field.  The old owners tried to get a meet stadium in the north side. When that failed they decide to sale and the new owners are moving the team to Soldier field.
