Why did ____ play him hurt. They should've let him rest until he was healed!!

The fact that he underwent that surgery for the initial injury that didn't require it was completely insane. Tua is an idiot for agreeing to that and Saban is a selfish fug for pushing him back in his quest for titles. If I were a parent, I wouldn't let my kid anywhere near that program.

I certainly hope that injury wasn't as serious as it looked.

That program has been an NFL machine. Has there been any other instances of this?

Adam Schefter reported he was. Has it been refuted?

From when I was watching the game they were putting him in an ambulance to presumably go to the local hospital. There was talk, from the announcers about just taking her back to Birmingham as it is less than an hour away.

The airlift was news to me, but it doesn’t appear that the airlift was for “life, limb, eyesight..” kind of thing. As it was back to Birmingham and not the local hospital for emergency procedures.

It wasnt claimed to be done due to life or death issue just that it happened. Several sources pointing that out as people were overreacting in that way.

A guy from The Athletic tweeted a photo supposedly of him being loaded in the helicopter.

Sounds a lot like fans on here talking about Rivera.

But its actually Nick Saban

Looks like Tua is done for the year.

Will be interesting to see how this shakes the draft up if he requires major surgery.  Teams are really tanking this year and at least 2 have been gunning for a QB up top

They are the patriots of college though. Looking for an excuse why they lost. Cause it’s college.

Curious how this will effect his draft stock.

If it does,  will be interesting to see the race to tank for Burrow

Like I said I serious doubt he’ll play in the NFL, that wasn’t nearly that bad of a hit.

The glaring memory in my mind is Luke landing on Manzel. That wasn’t a bad tackle or a “hit” that was just someone landing on him.

    • It's crazy with how much winning was going on when we had a little cool off period that we're still just a couple games out of 6th. Moussa is getting better every week and Coby is getting comfortable. Would be nice to get to 6 but I think this team is a lot more stacked than the last couple play ins. I can't remember the exact rules but if you're 7th seed and win the first game I think you automatically move on and don't have to play the second game?
    • I think it was a thing for sure. Panthers weren’t too many people’s first choice. Or 5th choice.  2022 and 2023… coaches fired mid season. Consecutive years. You want any of that?  He has definitely overseen a rehab of how the Panthers are perceived. Because we are a place that is seen as up and coming. And just the little thing of he accommodated Theilen so graciously, that gets noticed. It all adds up. Dan is doing a lot of things right, probably most things.  Needs a good draft.
    • K, I think that is dumb, but you do you. I didn't find anything online that made him out to be a dislikable person. I am certain the Panthers would have cared so much if they lost your fandom if they hired Sean Payton. But bet you would have come crawling back if Sean lead us to a Super Bowl victory or Golden leads UNC to a champion ship. It is easy to say you are gonna leave a team if the hire someone you dislike when the chips are down. But people like you tend to come crawling back once the team finds success.
