its mind boggling how inept everyone got.

I have this conspiracy that Cam finally decided to remove himself in this inept staff that abused him to save their jobs. Let them show their ass, and get new people in. It may have looked hairy for Cam when Kyle won those games, but i meannnn, come on, he is a great back up but he aint Cam.

If i were Cam, Id pull tepper aside and say " yo look, ive put this team on my back for 8 years, and Ive been demonstrativley wronged. Im done saving this dudes job. Ill take this year to heal, and bring me back next year."
