The writing is on the wall. I have just been watching football for 40 years and know the signs when i see them. Cams agent already knows that we arent going to extend him next year. That is why cam isnt at the games. He will either be traded or hold out. I am 99% sure of that. Couple that with the fact that we are rebuilding and it doesnt look good for a washed up qb that cant run the ball anymore and cant stay healthy. 

And i am sure there are more than 5 or 6 of us that can see this... it is just that they care about the dummies pooing them or whatever while i dont give a poo. I call it like i see it. Poo me now, but bump this thread at the beginning of the 2020 season and see who was right.

Hahahahaha lots of speculate bullshit for a guy who “knows what he’s talking about”

A.) So we will trade Cam for poo picks

B.) Trade Cam for large group of picks/really good picks (meaning we among other teams think or know he can get healthy)

C.) Cut Cam for nothing

D.) Let Cam play the year out at $19 million and see what he can do

E.) Let him sit out and now teams have 3 years worth of questions which kills any contract negotiations Cam might have for an extension from us or someone else

Which sounds most likely? Just because you claim to be smart doesn’t mean you are. The only thing that makes sense is letting him play it out, if he sits it kills his leverage with other teams. If we trade him for nothing we are guessing he’ll never be healthy again and with what we have right now why in the hell would we do that? 
 

Rebuilds don’t have to be stripping the entire team down you would think for you watching football for 40 years you might know that

One edit - How do you know he is washed up? He’s had two injuries...do you have a crystal ball? Or is your F150 fan club sure of it

Cam isnt going to play out the last year of his contract. qbs get extended the year before. He is already distancing himself from the team in preparation to force a contract or force a trade. Hopefully the later. 

Cam is a running qb that has taken a ton of abuse. He has been playing for 9 years and the wear and tear is breaking his body down. He isnt going to play for 20 years like brady because he has taken more punishment. He is comparable to a rb considering the hits he has taken... when is the last time you saw a rb get a huge 4 year contract after playing 9 years... and what of our new coach doesnt even want cam? There are a 100 reasons why cam is gone, and only a few poor reasons why he would be resigned. It isnt 2015 anymore. Cam has been declining for years. Once again... contracts are based on the FUTURE, not the past.

What team gives him an extended contract unless he is fully healthy? Oh and if others know he is fully healthy why the hell would we let him walk? I addressed the sitting out aka forcing a trade he has zero leverage against the team 

Last year he was in the MVP discussion with a bum shoulder but yeah let’s stick to the notion that he has fallen off a cliff.

Most of yoy probably wont be here thouhh because you will follow cam to his new team. Our fan base will be better for it. We are rebudi g for the future, and that includes the qb position. Accept it.

Welcome.  I was here reading since 2003 season.  My position is we need OL first as that is the cause of everything going wrong in last 2 years. Allen has taken too many beatings and that affected his decision making, would like a look at him post OL rebuild.  Note his stats 1st half of games vs 2nd half of same game.
