Bieniemy is well beyond the limits of a personal experience...no real reason to think he is some offensive RR clone...

While I am not sold on Bieniemy, I can say this:

Trying to invalidate his candidacy for a HC job based on the fact that he worked under Andy Reid (an offensive minded HC) is not much different than saying that Sean McDermott wasn't a valid candidate because he worked under Riverboat.  The obvious difference of course is that McD called the plays.

Still, it remains that if you are an offensive minded coach, and want to learn the trade, is there a better man to learn under than Andy Reid?  I'm not sure there is really.  AR has been doing it a long time, and largely successfully.
