Until he can show it, all we have is hope that he's the right guy.  But from everything he's said, I feel pretty confident.

And to be honest, sometimes it's unnecessary to look at more candidates.  When you know it, you know it.  If you're not 100% sold, you keep going, but when there is no question it's your ideal candidate, you pounce.  I've done many interviews where the candidate was very good, and I would be content hiring them.  However, they weren't perfect, so I'd keep to my schedule and make a decision after all the interviews were complete.  But there were a small handful of times where someone was a perfect fit for what I wanted, and I knew if I didn't offer quickly, someone else would jump on them and I'd lose out.  So, I don't have a problem with him making the quick offer.  After all, there was a league wide assumption that Rhule was destined for the Giants, so if the Panthers wanted him, they couldn't let him get to NY.

When you plan to talk to the girl that does butt stuff later but the girl you meet first does butt stuff and has no gag reflex so you can't let her leave.
