Says the guy upholding the virtues of walterfootball.com.

Please, keep going. This is pure comedy.

To be fair, it is a step up from posting pics of articles from a draft magazine last year.

What Ferrell love? I didn’t care about him either way. You’re the one who went off on anyone who didn’t worship.Rashaun Gary just because your magazine(lol) said so. What he doin?

I don’t pay attention to any so-called draft guys. Like you, many never wore a helmet. Why would someone who is a lot less experienced than I do? You might have to believe others to form an opinion, but not everyone does.

That is walterfootball  breaking down his own percentage.. Something he changes as history plays out.. I said percentages done by a outside source... There are places that broke down how many times Kiper, and others were wrong or right..

But I guess nobody cared to include Walterfootball scouting service.. So you had to post his personal analysis on himself..

Hahahahaha!!

That's like when Jerry said he was going to investigate wrong doing of Panthers organization and show his findings to the NFL...

HAHAHAHA how did that workout??

That is a flat out lie. No football player I’ve ever been around would dismiss on field play for exercise numbers. And the rest of your statement just proves it. Movie critics? Seriously? You “played” football but seem to want to prop up anyone who didn’t. It’s embarrassing.

Or did Momma drop you off to be babysat in the juice box league when you were 10. That doesn’t count.

And you brought up Ferrell. So who played better? Or should I click on some homerific view of why Gary played so little and didn’t suck. Why don’t you explain? Every game is on GamePass. Use that college ball knowledge and tell me how Gary was a good pick but Ferrell is awful.

First off your asking for a group of people who have been nurtured there whole lives towards one goal to be abstract about something they DO. I will always be a football player at heart, but saying I cant learn something from numbers and someone who is a student of the numbers is dumb. you sound like them. what kind of person says you dont know what your talking about even if the numbers and science of what they are saying is correct? If people thought like you we would still think the world is flat. you sound ignorant.

Nurtured? You may be a football player at heart, but it sure wasn’t on a field. You make that more obvious with every word.

If you need a doctor, do you go to a qualified physician? Or do you go to a random guy who reads WebMD?

Why even watch games. Anyone could just take a spreadsheet with stats and measurables and do just as well as A seasoned scout. I realize with how little you know that this gives you hope, but football doesn’t work like that.

Who exactly is the doctor or degree of scouting???? Just because a player plays does that make him qualified to be a coach? Come on man think a little. I played running back and corner but I wouldn't pretend to say I know what a quarterback and wrs need to do or how to draw up plays. Your saying because a  person played the sport they know more than someone who has studied the sport. That doesn't make sense lol.

How the hell can you NOT draw up plays? 10 year olds draw up plays. And you claimed to have played that much, in college(lol) and you don’t know what a WR needs to do? Even though you “played” CB? Maybe you should think a little before you torpedo.your case any more.

And of course someone who played knows more. How does that not make sense? Just because you somehow learned absolutely nothing during your extensive “playing“ career, doesn’t mean everyone else who played is that ignorant.

Knowing your role or position doesn't mean you know how to throw a fade or a deep out. Just like knowing how to block doesnt mean you know how to run a post route. come on man this is simple. you really doing yourself a disservice tonight. Yes anyone can draw up some bs but that doesnt make it good or legit. if your focused on your position or and the things that comes with it your whole life then no you wouldnt have the same level of expertise at wr as cornerback. You wouldnt be a expert at route running just because you played corner... I mean at this point your trolling. I m not saying just because people played they can't know the game im saying just because someone didnt play the game doesnt mean they dont know the xs and os of it. You could study how to become a astronaut without ever having been to space. but how does that sound" you never been to space so what do you know about space".

    • To all the analysts who said "Caps in 5", thank you for telling us their departure time.
    • We won't know the answer to this for a long time. Reality is, Caleb has been the consensus #1 in that draft for years. Bryce was a similar situation, but mostly the same. He was not the clear and obvious #1 that Caleb was, but most teams had Bryce at QB1. The Panthers were always going to be terrible Bryce's rookie year.  I don't think DJ Moore's presence would have changed anything about that offense, as our guards, center, and left tackle were getting demolished on nearly every snap. It's clear Caleb's dad was trying to do everything possible to ensure Caleb didn't end up in Chicago with Eberflus. It's hard to imagine that he wouldn't have done the same, but probably more publicly with our situation, considering Carolina is an easier target for the media than Chicago. We can all speculate, but it's impossible to tell who is going to have the better career on May 16, 2025. If either QB doesn't pan out, we have an easy answer. If both flame out, the bears clearly won the trade, but it wouldn't have really mattered anyway. We all know how we win the trade. Candidly, even if one of the other picks we gave up ends up being a hall of fame player, we don't know if the panthers would have taken that player anyway. All you can do is make the best decision you can in the moment with the information you have. I really like Bryce Young, and I'm glad he's a Carolina Panther.  The only way to win in the modern NFL is to have an absolute dude at QB. I personally am happy that our franchise recognizes this, as I remember times when they did not.
