I am planning on not being able to attend games this season and if something changes and we can attend I'll be thrilled

Given the way things are going...I do not see how there can be fans in the stands...or at best  no more than 25%.

Managing the players is going to be tough.  They essentially need to be in isolation for the season.

There are too many people that are not taking this seriously...not wearing masks, not social distancing.  I live in a rural county in NC that just passed 1000 confirmed cases...more than other counties 2 or 3 times the size.  Given that info and the governor's orders to wear masks in public...only a small percentage of people appear to have changed their behavior.  It is all very discouraging...and very concerning.

Note...my job was a casualty of Covid 19. I have been out of work since the 1st of April.  Economics meant this was going to be the 1st time I could not attend games in years (have been buying the same season ticket from a PSL owner for many years). The tailgates we have had during those years have been great...even when the season wasn't.  I have made many good friends there and will miss that.

Now...I do not see how things will be changed enough for the NFL season to be anything close to normal. This thing is just not going away.

Sorry to hear this @ladypanther

Praying for you and our country right now.

Update on Philly....not certain yet

It sounds like the city doesn't want to say with absolute certainty that fans won't be allowed all season long.

Still, having fans at home games will likely require an improvement in the pandemic's trajectory in Philadelphia.

NBC Sports Philadelphia's John Clark received a statement from the NFL on Wednesday about the ongoing conversations between the city and the team:

Decisions on the number of fans at stadiums will be determined on market-by-market basis with guidance from public health experts & in accordance with local/state guidelines.
