Clemson is rightly rated. You guys think OU is overrated because you look at their first two games, when they’ve killed teams recently. I think they’re rightly rated and if they win out and look good, they’ll be rightly rated in the top 6. Iowa State is also rightly rated.

It was three games. Two losses and then needing 4 overtimes to beat another middling Texas team. Show me another contender for a playoff spot that has played three bad games.

Who knows. The Big 12 might win 2 bowl games this year instead of one.

Florida might be overrated struggling with shitty Tennessee.

We shall see the difference between OU and Florida. Florida will still win this game. We won’t allow a Kansas State to beat us.So if you think OU is a top 6 team, then the Gators should be top 6 as well.

OU was without their top Defensive player and best RB. CFP Committee chair said the same.

That team had their starters then. So yeah........their backup QB is hot ass.

Ls are Ls in college football unless it’s against some high ranked team. Kansas State is a horrible loss. Iowa State is understandable. Florida’s only losses will be Texas A&M and Alabama. OU isn’t in Florida’s league.

Haha. Oh you. OU would give Trask nightmares with that average ass team around him and Pitts.

You thought the same thing about Kansas State lol. You can have more talent or better high end players but if they are coached poorly they are coached poorly. Kyle Trask, in no world, should look better than Spencer Rattler.

He hasn’t recently. OU is doing well right now.

Recently?
Trasks last 3 games have been 1k yards, 12 TDs and 0 INTs and 75%+ completions.

Rattlers last 3 games has been 800 yards, 7 touchdowns, 1 interception and 65% completions.

It won’t translate the same to the pros but Trask has looked like the best quarterback in college football all year, even recently.

    • I honestly can’t believe this team’s turnaround this season. It’s surreal. Figured healthy we’d be fringe playoffs and with another lottery pick could finally turn the corner, but we don’t even need that. This group is ready. We haven’t played remotely well the last 5 games and yet still blew out 5 bad teams by 16+ each game like it was casual practice. We had a few solid teams with Kemba and Big Al but this is easily our best group since the original Hornets moved to NO. Man, what a shift in culture this new ownership group and front office has brought. So damn happy to see it after years of suffering and consistently meaningless games in this stretch of previous seasons.   Only 2.5 games out of the 6 seed, although Miami, Atlanta and Orlando have been playing well too. Gonna be a fun final stretch, hopefully we can get a top 8 seed at the very least. Celtics tomorrow will be a good test. Would be huge to keep the road winning streak up against a very hot top team on the 2nd half of a back to back. We’ve played Boston pretty well the last few years with much of this same group despite sucking so I do feel pretty good about it. Kon is due for a huge game coming off a few cold shooting games (although despite the poor shooting he’s been contributing well with defense, assists and rebounds).
    • It amazes me how underrated Horn has become after he finally was able to stay on the field. Sure last year wasn’t perfect but he was still a huge reason for our rebound defensively and I’d say he’s easily a top 10 corner. You don’t want to see Mike Jackson as our top corner. Any player is available for the right price but I’d be extremely hesitant to move Horn even for a big haul from LA.
