Yea, Charlotte.  Now I got an email from buyers agent saying that money was sent by loan company to attorneys today but attorney told me they got money the money on Friday and there is a line at deeds office.  Some funky poo going on.

Did I say that buyer, lawyer and buyers agent are all Indian and know each other?

No money, no move in. It'd be a question for an attorney, but if you let them move in you might be facing having to legally evict them if this falls through.

I finally got paid...  So they wanted to move in today and I said no money no moving in.  Apparently attorney just got money today in escrow account... have no clue why they told me they got money on Friday.

I hired Viking Hardwood Floors for my previous house but I changed the whole 2nd floor from carpet to hardwood.
