After what happened yesterday, I honestly think we are all in on Watson still.

Latest from the investigation is someone tried to extort money from Watson prior to filing the lawsuit and warned him he will get blackmailed if he does not pay up.  He was warned his images would be ruined.  Apparently Watson did have the encounters with the plaintiffs but it was all consensual.  That’s why no criminal charges are brought up.  Sounds like Watson has been getting special massages with happy endings from people specialized in it.

What this will likely comedown to is he said, she said and they will reach a settlement in next few months.

Watson might lose up to $30M if the case drags on so it’s beneficial for the case to end soon.

 

Also... sounds like McNair knew that Watson has been getting happy endings massages and the suing attorney happened to be McNair friend/neighbor seems to me this is no coincidence.

      Ok, we ain't making the playoffs unless something insanely crazy happens and plus it's November, time to start planning for the draft this spring.  Pretty simple, list our positions of need, address in the draft (or left to FA) and round we should draft that need. Currently we have 8 selections, the actual slot in each round still to be determined by finishing order, but I can't see a huge swing one way or the other. (This as of Week 10) Needs: (no particular order) ILB, CB, DL, Edge, S, QB, IOL, OT Rd1: ILB/EDGE Rd2:OT Rd3:Edge/ILB (opposite of round 1) Rd4:S Rd5-a:CB Rd5-b:QB Rd6:IOL Rd7:DL

      Yeah it is along the lines of ‘fraud vitiates everything’, it just prevents an honest assessment.  You got guys with some acknowledged issues, really swimming upstream due to the quality of the QB.    I think back to game two this year when he got a lot of targets and was unable to do anything. When you look back nothing, or maybe one, was in a decent place for him to get.  I think it was week two. And ‘a lot’ maybe be overstating but there were a few.
