You forgot Ben Dinucci and Garrett Gilbert. The latter of which couldn't beat out Allen or Heinicke with the Panthers.

It looks like Dalton played 11 games and Dak played 5 last year. Maybe they came in for a series or two? Regardless he had a whole season plus 5 games with a top QB then 9/10 with a QB on Teddy’s level.

how many games did Greir and PJ start with DJ?

That seems relevant if one considers Allen and/or Bridgewater better than Prescott and/or Dalton, which I don't think anyone is arguing, so I'm lost on your angle here. The answer though is also 1 each, so it's seemingly a draw with respect to bottom of the QB depth chart for each team.

That seems relevant if you ignore the fact that Allen and Teddy both had better qb ratings than Dalton in 2020.

I swear some people will never let Moore be just a good WR because of this...

Guess what, Smitty also said that Corey Coleman was, "the next Steve Smith!" Where is Coleman now?

He also told Lafell, a 10 year vet, that he would never make it in the NFL.

Maybe Steve isn't the best evaluator of WR talent.

Moore played with Allen in 2019, when his was lower than Dalton 2020. We all also saw what Teddy did this year regardless of his QB rating, and had he actually hit DJ in stride a few times he short-armed him (or missed him being wide open) DJ's numbers sure would look better.

I'm still not following your argument here.

Hell, T McLaurin's stats are almost identical to DJs, except a year younger.

McLs QBs...

Haskins

Allen

Smith

Heinicke

Keenum

McCoy

This shows you how bad it was for Moore and he still produced. He had over 6 more yards per attempt than McL who has Alex Smith for several games which was way better than what Moore was working with. You find anyone else?

I give.

You guys are right.

Every other WR in the league was gifted yards by the perfect QB play of noted cannon arm qbs like Alex Smith. Conversely, if DJ had not had to literally drag a broken jugs machine down the field, he would be a cross between Steve Smith, Megatron and the Sacred Mother.

So you have no data/stats to backup your argument. That usually means one thing...

    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
