I'm not digging a short week to prepare for the Wildcat

you better hope that ronnie brown is healthy....seriously.

ronnie brown is a huge part of their offense.

no ronnie brown means that they have to make adjustments.

what tapes are the panthers going to be watching to prepare?

no ronnie means the dolphins make adjustments to their game plan.

how do you think the panthers will do at anticipating these adjustments?

this weekend could be huge. if we pull off a win and the giants finally get another win (i don't like anyone going up against the giants after a 4 game losing streak followed by a bye) we are looking at a 5-5 record shared by both teams.

that very much puts us back in wild card contention.

This is starting to remind me of every year when Fox's panthers miss the playoffs they almost make it every time only to fall short every time. Massive amounts of injuries give Fox built-in excuses combined with almost making it despite those setbacks means Fox still has a job this offseason. Get prepared for another let down.

Another thing is that Miami beat the Bucs the old fashioned way after Ronnie went down. Henne threw a critical interception, and came back and led the game winning drive. That's not something that a bad QB is able to do. He shook it off and did his job like nothing happened. It was good to see Carolina step it up against the Birds, but Miami is better than their record indicates. With or without Ronnie, it will be a hell of a game.

Carolina's keys to winning are to make Henne throw by shutting down Ricky Williams. Also, to throw against Miami's secondary.

Are you serious? You think that massive amounts of injuries we sustain, and still almost make the playoffs are not a result of Fox and his coaching? Give Fox some credit you can blame him for maybe one loss this year but our players have to make plays, that is what they are paid to do. Give Fox credit for sticking with Delhomme he was right all along that he gives us the best chance to win. Looks like Panther's are finally hitting their stride and that is the best time to do it is in the second half of the season. The one thing that does worry me is the rash or injuries we are sustaining to our pro bowl players, but Fox can't help that we have to play through it and try to make the playoffs.

If you look back at my posts (in other threads) you will realize I actually like Fox and defend him all the time. But I also see a team that every year they face a tough schedule it seems have a laugable amount of injuries that tend to come up and I think it is a bit of a coincedence. Wether that is because of conditioning or just plan bad luck or more senister a consipiracy to cover up his weaknesses IDK and neither do you.
