So when does Rhule start to rebuild? Because he hasn’t done anything resembling it since day ONE. 
 

  And this is the NFL. You are paid to produce or progress forward. Not to get reassurance when you blow all the teams cap and picks.

No coach worth hiring is going to look at what Rhule has done to destroy this team during the last two seasons and think to himself "Why didn't Dave Tepper give him a third season?".
