But... it wasn't hard to do your mama in her basement.

:P

:iagree: But is was just as easy to do your mama in the cheese line though.

by the way ...why is it that whenever we meet on these boards the original thread goes to sh^t?

Because you like to stray???

Hard not to care as a fan. I hope we'll upset someone at some point.

The disappointing thing remains that the writing on the wall was clear before the season began. I am not qualified to be an NFL GM, but the Peppers and Delhomme decisions were so obviously misguided that I genuinely can't imagine what Hurney and Fox were thinking.

I wouldn't say I don't care...but I've definitely reached the "acceptance" stage. This team will have some good games that will surprise and make the fans think about what could have been if they brought it every week. They will have some downers that remind you of what's missing on the team. The bottom line is we're missing consistency. I now accept that this team can be great, terrible, or any shade in between on any given week.

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
