Know why the Staal line scored twice? Net front.

The other lines are cycling and moving, but have no physicalty in front of the net. Stastny & Stepan should be able to provide that, but no one has shown they can replace what we had in Vinny and Nino when it came to net front presence.

And I'll admit this:

In the OT when Burns came on the ice with about a minute left, I was saying out loud as the winning play was developing, "Oh crap, he's gonna turn it over and Flyers will get a breakaway game winner."

Aho’s got a decent net front. But it is not as powerful as either of those you mentioned.

Bijan Robinson is working through an ankle injury and will likely miss the organized team activities period in the lead up to mandatory minicamp beginning Monday, June 10.   I think at this point, you got to just assume Tepper is going to fall somewhere between Jerry Richardson and Jerry Jones. He has 2 pro teams....and he clearly isn't going to sit back and let things just playout like you saw Richardson do IMO. NFL - 4 HCs - 1 has logged more than 1 season under him to date MLS - 3 HCs -0 have logged more than 1 season under him to date I think the bar should be, can Tepper just go a season and not throw a drink of opposing fans or fire someone in season. Baby steps.
