i can't fuging believe i'm saying this but I've started drinking so maybe I'm drunk

the panthers have a very good thing going right now. Marshall has matured, munnerlyn looks legit, and all of a sudden they have depth all over the place. if they can accomplish two things, I don't want them messing anything up by getting rid of everyone.

and i can't believe i'm saying this

1. - get rid of jake delhomme. i don't want him as a backup, I don't want him on the team.

2.

i can't believe I'm saying this

oh god

what am I thinking

they have to resign julius. he's playing the best he has since the first half of 2005. he's figured it out. he believes now.

Put the beer down Fiz. There is a reason Peppers is playing so good. Its called a new contract.

Problem with Peppers is he turns it on and off like a faucet. And Fox is incapable of pressing whatever button it is that would keep Pepper's motor running.

Part of that special Peppers and Fox elixir. When it's good you want more and more of it. But when they turn it off you start Jonesing like a Coke ***** on a slow night.

probably not...promoted to assistant coach prolly cuz of his race and for working hard for the franchise, looks good for PR and works hard, but not a head coaching candidate. doesn't take away from the fact that he is a good all around guy and knowledgable, but you don't want him as our head coach.

I don't know if I want Skipper as a head coach. I just don't know right now about that. Beside, I remeber few years ago many of the Huddlers don't like the idea of him coaching if Fox were to be fired or something. I rather it be someone else who isn't currently on the team right now. For all we know, Skipper may be the next Fox if he take over.

    • Bryce just didn't maximize Hunter Renfrow's skills. ***rant incoming*** But this isn't just about Bryce Young mistiming passes to Renfrow so bad that he's going to get Renfrow killed or hurt, this is also about incompetentence by Dave Canales. Renfrow can still play. He's putting DBs in a blender out there---making them play twister at the top of routes to keep up with him, and dumb Dave has the nerve to cut him. How about putting Hunter in the best position to help the damned offense by appreciating his skill set, DC? You're letting Bryce's apparent inability to make an accurate throw, or at least his timidity to push the ball down the damned field cloud your judgment and miscalculate talent---or maybe just miss on talent just as much as Bryce misses passes due to playing pussified football. It's fúcking unacceptable.  Speaking of misjudgment, I don't know if it's Dan Morgan or Canales, but Eijiro Evero is not the business at DC. I have said a few times that his scheme is not conducive to run-stopping efficiency. Hell, and after watching some clips of plays, now I absolutely know why. The gaps are at least half open before the play even fúcking starts. You are setting the opposition's RBs up for success with too much damned space at the line and in the second level. If our guys are taken out in these areas---at the line and in the second level---then the defense is screwed because it must rely on the safeties to cover too much ground to make the tackle. At least put Ransom in who is motivated to seek and destroy if you're going to effectively leave the safeties on an island.  And speaking of rookies, get our two new defensive ends more snaps to see if we can't generate more of a pass rush. For all the good the continued sorry display of defense that you're putting out for fan's to see (Ejiro, Dave and Dan), you may as well get the rookies generously involved. Fúck that money we gave second-rate (maybe second-rate) vets, we need a damned spark getting after the QB. Watch it, it's just another breakdown of the sh¡t we were subjected to last week. I say this with all respect: Fúck you, Dave! Fúck you, Dan! Learn how to run a fúcking franchise. Maximize the players, regardless of what you think you're supposed to do by the book. Cut the dead weight before another season is lost and fans lose interest in September. EE is "Ew!" Or for emphasis "EEw!" /end rant
    • But nobody is saying he is a good deep ball passer.  But the facts are since he's returned from his benching, he has been throwing downfield.  Whether you want to credit the scheme, Bryce himself, or whatever, he has been pushing it deep.  Not to any positive results mind you, but it has been happening.
