Maybe Tepper is a genius behind the scenes trying to move the team.  All the coach and player trades are almost setup perfect for failure.  Get the fanbase pissed and ready to send the Panthers somewhere else.  Got to be a reason for all the failures.

posted this already but i think he was put in to longterm get this team to move elsewhere. i mean he did try the practice facility and maybe it wasn't on him, but all the owners don't want a team here so they put the one egostical asshole they knew would blow it up.

Tepper made the least sense as a prospective owner for Carolina. We're a small market team that can't fill its own stadium. We're basically a home game for away teams with all the transplants from all over the country.
