I totally misread that other post.

Anyway, Young won't make things worse. As for if the team will ruin Young, that's up to him. He can either adapt and overcome the situation or let it crush him.

I’m not saying Young makes it worse, but it’s worse now than it has been in 6 years. Seems every move Tepper makes, makes this team worse.
