- Mario Manningham (Giants)

- Andre Caldwell (bengals)

4th Round: no one worth drafting

I agree, hindsight 20/20 but a GM/Scouts should be held accountable for mis-evaluating both need and talent. If your job is in quality control you don't just overlook someone who lets malfunctioning products through.

I tend to think we have talent, its coaching we have lacked. Lets hope that has been fixed. Now if Fox would give someone like Jarrett a chance with Moore (who is by far a better passer then Delhomme in his opportunities earlier this year).

I still think he could be a good #2 as I think he has good size and is a great run blocker. He also has very good hands. His problem is getting consistent separation. Lets hope Tyke can change that.

We used our 2nd round pick to trade up for Otah, a great pick and a huge need.

3rd round we took Connor, who had a 1st round grade by alot of scouts and Godfrey because we had a huge need at safety.

The two you listed in the 6th round were both developed by their teams more than they were a miss in scouting.

What pick exactly do you think we should have changed?

No, we gave up a 1st round, 2nd round and 4th round pick to select Otah.

    • I know we look at a few plays here and there but this Rams unit put up more pts against Seattle's elite defense. I think getting rid of Evero will be something we regret doing...we are just devoid of talent across the defense after investing YEARS in our offense.
    • Yeah and he plays Xavier fuging Legette. Shackles on canales and reich LOL. You mean the coach who had tampa bay a bottom third offense in his season there? And the coach who brought in the most laughably bad offensive scheme and play calling this franchise has ever seen? You are absolutely delusional 😂😂
    • It’s been a thing all year. Those PFF stats having him highly ranked in zone coverage early on made no sense. It was a problem for our intermediate zone game all year because the linebackers struggled in coverage as well. A lot of what people are complaining about Evero calling “prevent” defense is guys getting straight beat at that intermediate level which by design happens to line up with the sticks.  But zone allows you to diffuse responsibility by allocating across areas rather than personnel and therefore limiting the damage from a mistake. We don’t have personnel to run bump n run man coverage. Getting beat doing that means watching our guy chase their guy on long routes down the field.   And yea I mean, a better pass rush is the “rising tide that raises all ships”. Definitely have some pieces but player development and a key free agent could go a long way.
