Tip o the cap to you and the rest down there. Even without a Katrina you guys were some hard luck fans.

I'm a bit surprised at the sulfur being posted toward you guys. Yeah, a NFC South rival. But, 40 years and only 2 NFC Champ's.

Good luck

Just make sure you win. It sucks when you don't, as we here all know.

That said, I've avoided the board tonight because I didn't want to read your boasting. But I finally popped in. Favre did you a favor tonight, that's for sure. I don't think the Colts will be fumbling morons in two weeks. You'll have to outscore them. Good luck, you'll need it...again.

Of course you need to come here and not brag. Your team got outplayed in every phase of the game but the final score. To act like you deserve the win would be ridiculous.

Congratulations to the Saints because in the end they scored more points and got a ton of turnovers to win. And the final score is the only thing that matters. But the Saints backed into the Super Bowl and if they don't play much better, it will be a walkover by the Colts.

gregg williams is an asshole...but at least he's our asshole. so it wouldn't surprise me if the mission was to take out farve.

which is a bullshit move, i hope peyton torches them for 500 in the SB

that being said, enjoy it... making your first superbowl is an awesome experience as a fan. you guys are definitely long overdue. and losing is a bitch. here's to us being in the same superbowl loser boat in two weeks :cheers2:

we're enjoying it already, i wish i could have stayed in n.o overnight.

You're a lot tamer than usual. This win really did it for you, eh?

What can I say... I really do wish it was the Panthers instead...

...or any other team other than the Saints/Patriots ;)

congrats to the Saints. It kills me to say it but I know what you're feeling right now. After we completely demolished Philly in the NFCCG and watched Terry Bradshaw declare us champions of the NFC, it was the greatest feeling ever. Enjoy it man, and just make sure you guys finish business in 2 weeks, cuz if you don't, that's all that'll be on ur mind until next year.

    • Trade up for a project was dumb, he's gonna be 25 next month. By the time you're deciding on whether he's worth the 5th year option or a big contract you're already gonna be thinking about moving on soon either way.
    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
