No BS...it's obvious you guys think the Colts will beat the Saints...tell me why?

i think i'm going to go on the browns board and start talking about how awesome the panthers are and why they need to recognize that my team owns.

why dont i do that? bcause that would be retarded. oh wait.

You are just jealous of the mighty Aints.

The Saints have FORCED mistakes from other teams all year. They call them "takeaways" for a reason. This was the whole reason behind hiring Williams in the offseason.

Don't be bitter, guy. Your team will be back in it soon enough.

Three of the Vikings turnovers were not forced, please see the light. I would say Favres last int was not forced either. The bounces all year went the right way for the Stains, maybe they are just destined to win.

Simple:

Ain'ts D = 26th

Jets D = 1st

Manning squashed the #1 D in the league.

Your's? Not so good.

great analysis...you forget that they let a rookie QB move it on them.....Brees is slightly better than el sanchez

As correct as you are, what's that got to do with Manning going against a below average defense? If it comes down to defense, you lose. If it comes down to scoring, you still lose.

That's where I disagree w/you. You are totally discounting Brees going up against a below average defense as well.

If (and I said if) our O is clicking on all cylinders, we are a better rhythm offense then the Colts. Their D will not be able to stop us at all (and I qualify that with: IF WE ARE CLICKING ON O). If we aren't clicking....game will be almost impossible to win.

In other words, if this thing turns into a 30 (or 40) something to 30 (or 40) something shoot out, we have a descent chance.

IF...IF....IF. If frogs had wings they wouldn't bump their butt so much.

I remember get busted for using qualifiers like If talking about a Saints opponent. I guess it only counts when Saint fans use it.

I disagree, you cannot get more rhythmic than the Colts. The Stains are more of a big play team from blown coverage. Sure they can move the ball in chunks, but they look for that home run to Henderson or Meachem very often up the seam. They only scored 17 on the lowly Bucs, so they can be contained. The Stains best chance is hoping for more fluke plays that carried them most of the season.

yeah buddy, 15-3 is a fluke...#1 offense only because of blown coverages...haha you are one funny dude

I have a serious and legitimate question for our seemingly resident Saints fans.

Your team is in the Super Bowl, and yet you chose to hang out and argue about your team on a division rival's board. Why is that?

I would have thought you would either be on your own board discussing your team. Or, be visiting the Colts board to either talk smack or discuss the upcoming game against the fans of the team you will actually be playing in the SB.

Yet, you chose to continuously hang out here. Why is that?

Again, I don't mean this thread as smack or even sarcasm. I am just curious.

Because...if the Panthers were in the SB, I could guarantee you that there would not be a single Panthers fan from this board spending any time on the Saints board.

DBIG, SaintJ, CCCase, Bodybag, etc.... each of you please post your responses becuase I truly am interested.

As many times as that very valid question has been brought up, none of them have yet to give a valid answer, other than the admition that this board is better than the others. The only other reasonable answer is that they are doing it to get on our nerves or piss us off or rub it in our face that they after 40+ years finally get to play for something.

this place has always been other teamer friendly...I seem to know that from first hand experiences. I was here when your team and mine played in the NFC Championship game and I was here when my team played yours at BOA a couple years back...what difference does it make really?

Objectivity my good man, objectivity....if you'd leave your 5 mile radius that you travel every day, you'd know there is good in gaining outside perspective. Keeps things real. If all I did is post in the Saints board, I'd think we're gonna win by 50. (goes for any team by the way)

I go to many boards thru the year to gain....wait for it....objectivity. You guys know us the best, so I THOUGHT (and I underline thought) that I'd get an objective view on who will win. That's all. 95% of the good people on this board have been objective. It's good to see you don't WANT objectivity on this board; just homer post after homer post. Right up your alley eh Hatter?

How can you get an objective viewpoint on who is goinig to win when predictions are all subjective?
