How incompetent are the Panthers as a franchise/team/organization?

When it comes down right to it, the guys up top have far more impressive resumes than anyone on this board. I have my reservations about stuff the guys do and my opinions about players but I don't really go as far as some people do to criticize them. Nobody said making millions makes your decisions infallible either. When people make such broad and seething remarks about the organization it comes off as a little arrogant to me. I disagree with some stuff they do but in the end they are doing what they think is best and they know more than I do. So I don't feel like making such comments is warranted. Be humble in your critque and you won't get mocked.
