the cardinals are booty

Thats 110% true. Although I find it sad to see that many of their fans believe that they are the dominant team coming into this game.

Were are you getting this from? All I have seen is total respect for the Panthers from Cardinals fans. Any fan that thinks the Card's are dominent playing a 12-4 team on the road having to make a trip East in cold weather is out of touch.

Frankly, I don't think any of your games have been televised into the Phoenix market, so other the our meeting in October, it's hard to guage your team other then an impressive 12-4 record and a perfect home record.

Cardinal fans have found new found hope in seeing an energized Edge being reinserted into the lineup, and a defense that played their best game of the season against the Falcons. If we revert back to arm tackling and a non-existent running game it's going to be a long day. Bolden's hammy is also an issue.

So I'm not sure who these many fans are, but believe me they are in the minority.

I'm with Gum on this one. I have heard no-one even come close to say that we are the dominant team on this one. Sure, if we do things right we have a shot at winning this one, but that is completely different to expecting a win.

As for an elite running game, we have a newly engergised running game. Unfortunately, newly engergised **** is still, on the base of it, ****. If we can set up the run, then more power to us, but that will be a damn sight tougher than we have seen in the last few weeks.

Just my .02 but I hope the Cats aren't thinking it will be an easy one. Sure, we've beaten them and we are firing on all cylinders but we are playing Kurt Warner. I must give him the utmost respect as he can beat us. If we can just keep the pressure on, we will be fine but in no way is this game a lock.

I must give kudos to most of the Card fans posting recently as they seem to be a class act.

I am a true die-hard Panther fan but I hate it when we get over confident....

I bleed Panther blue, but I haven't seen ANY rude or arrogant posts from Cards fans on any of the forums I lurk on. However, some of my fellow Panther fans have been..er....unkind :nono:

    • Jones was brought in to compete with AR but Steichen was allowed to be real and say AR isnt ready and may never be. It's not a bad thing to acknowledge the reality a lot of these high QB draft picks don't make it as NFL franchise QBs. It's not a knock on Bryce, Stroud or AR. It's just the NFL.  Ive been insistent we needed more than Dalton. Other than the Raiders game, he was horrible. Plummer. Why bother. It's like we put the minimal amount of effort to a position that's actually pretty damned significant. Hell, look at Nick Foles. Backup QB wins the damn SB. Also, how many times have we seen a backup come in and never relinquish the job. Brady was Bledsoe's backup, and an injury launched a career that led to 7 SB rings.  There were guys available that were better than Dalton. We could and should have done more for the betterment of the team. If we had brought in Howell instead of Dalton, and Bryce played like he has until now, then Howell went in and started lighting it up, we would be able to say with certainty that the problems are Bryce problems because this guy can do it but Bryce can't. Dalton has already shown us he's not really capable of a lot. Maybe he surprises us, but I don't have high hopes of HQ QB play.  I don't care who the QB is. Bryce, AR, Jameis, some off world clone of Cam we found in a time capsule next to JR'S pool. Just be real and honest in all QB evaluations and may the best QB win the job. Do what's best for the Panthers, not just any one player.
    • Next week it’s “they’re playing the way they have to play on offense with Andy Dalton at QB”
    • You need a good sense of humor to call that funny. But I was lamenting that the other day. We are winning some games with that approach. Took us two and a half years to get back to where we started from.
