The Phils are in one of the worse slumps in recent memory....quit being a cloud trying to take away my ray of hope. :)

I actually hate Kendrick....can't stand the face he makes when things are about to go really bad.....you can always tell when he is about to blow up. Watch for it today.

I also dislike him on a personal level.....went to spring training with my wife a couple of years ago. I was talking with Larry Anderson and when I turn around Kendrick is trying to get my wife's phone number. Later on in the day Kendrick sent a one of the other pitcher's (not sure he was) back over to try and get her number again. Prick.

I wanted to make some joke regarding his fiance and your wife, but my wits have failed me.

Not saying that my wife is not attractive but putting her is a sea of couple of hundred 75 year old retiree Philly fans in Clearwater during spring trainining I am sure made her stand out a bit from the rest of the crowd. Kind of the best thing going at the time type of deal.

She does have a picture of him where he is giving the douchebag finger point to her and winking. Come to think of it I hope he takes a Glaus line drive off the noggin today. :)

u were there and he still tried to hit on her? I would have gotten a baseball bat and beaten him to death.......hypothetically speaking ofcourse

Well, I was watching spring training and chatting with people and she likes photography and was walking around the different fields taking pictures. At the time Kendrick was a minor league player and had never thrown a MLB pitch I don't think.

Anyway...enough of that, back to baseball...

Braves already up 1 - 0 after the first inning after Prado gets a hit (shocker) and scores on a DP ball.

I brought my broom to work this morning. Getting strange looks from my coworkers.

I figure I'll watch the gamecast on mlb.com (It's much better than ESPN's gamecast. Doesn't look as pretty but provides much more useful information.) and record it on my DVR. If things go well then I'll watch a condensed version when I get home.

I can't remember the last time I was this excited about the Braves.

Go ahead and take the broom out of the closet now......

Congrats on the sweep and the NL East lead.........you haven't heard the last of us though.

      I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
