Yeah he was right there with the QB play as being fuging horrendous. 

I watched the 4th quarter again most of it. He doesn't seem to be winning the initial contact. Not sure how much push he will get but he wasn't manhandled either.

The stuff with the stunts, that was a big deal. I don't really have belief that he has fixed that in a camp. But sometimes people can make a jump, a lot of progress in just a short time when something clicks for them. 

We're about to see, Andy gets that ball out quick which will help.

That was some of the worst OLine play I've ever seen, but word is that he was playing injured (which would explain alot, as nobody should be THAT bad otherwise.)

He's looked much, much, much better this year now that he's healthy. Both in preseason and in the limited action against the Raiders. Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being a solid starter now, which is amazing considering how bad he looked year 1.

I have a admit, he did look massively improved today.

      I wonder if they'd consider trading Rasheed Walker to a team that needs tackle help but missed out in the draft?

      LOL. This is such a Panthers fan take.  Anyone who falls to us must suck because some other team didn't take them before.  We got lucky with Lemon, Thieneman, and Freeling all falling to us (honestly any of the three is a A+) but the WR and S positions are much deeper than the LT position in this draft.  We got the LT w/ the most upside at 19.  Mauigoa played RT in college and some think he is a guard in the nfl.  Spano played RT in college and some think he is a guard in the NFL due to short arms.  Blake Miller played RT in college and is not as good as Freeling.  Proctor is a true LT but his ability to handle quick edge's worries me (see Icky).  Freeling is a true LT and a gifted pass protector.  Many think he has a very high ceiling and will benefit from not having to start right away.  This is how you build a franchise.

      After watching Cam get killed for years behind a bad Oline and having to watch the 2021 and 2023 Olines I will never complain about this team putting resources into that spot.  We got a true LT who could really push Rasheed Walker for the day 1 job. Go back and watch Iceky's draft profile from 2022 and all the talk was Ickey would be an all-pro guard in a zone blocking scheme, but he could play LT in a gap power run scheme. That's why Ickey looked really good when Wilks took over and we just started running gap run plays and just mauled people up front but under Canales we've been more of a zone running team. Ickey can survive at LT with his pass blocking but his true strength will always be his ability to just move guys in the run game and that's a skill set that's better used at guard.  Take another OT later on day 3 to learn from Moton to take over RT in a couple of years and let Walker and Freeling battle it out for the day 1 LT job then next offseason trade one of Hunt of Lewis and let Ickey move inside to guard.
