That and he didn't get enough playing time. Jarrett looked much better when Moore took over.

I don't understand some people's strong desire to hold on to this kid. We all let Colbert and Drew Carter go very quickly. Why are some of you so stubborn in wanting him to have a 4th shot? Because of what he did a USC? If that's the case you should want Shelton back as he was great in college as well.

In 2007, his best games came with Vinny at the helm since Jake was hurt; In 2008 Jake was the QB for our Playoff squad; last season he had two 4 catch games...one with Jake as QB (Saints) and one with Moore (Saints backups); from week 2 to 12 he had 12 catches all under Jake. Weeks 13-17...HE HAD 5 CATCHES...from Moore...against Saints back-ups in that one game.

Learn the stats, people. Hurney said it himself: It's up to him (Jarrett) if he starts.

You act as if Jake had more power than Fox and Davidson and said he wouldn't throw it to the kid so don't you dare put him out there. He wasn't out there for a very good reason. Smitty knows why, Davidson knows why, Fox knows why...some of you need to learn why.

Jake was the one that kept deactivating Jerrett and putting him behind undrafted FAs too. I knew Jake had pull, but damn, I didn't know he set the 45 man game rosters.

Look, Jarrett's crappy career here hasn't been Fox or Jake's fault.

Remember how Fox would keep sending Keary Colbert back onto the field even though the guy couldn't even catch a cold? Remember how Jake kept throwing to Colbert?

With that low of a bar, Jarrett barely saw the field, much less a pass last year and the year before. Let's face it, around here they'll throw you into the game if you stay awake through three out of five team meetings a week.
