They charge me $60 a month for pretty much basic TV ($67/month get you 150 more channels at ATT). My internet worked horrible and they had no idea how to fix it for 2 weeks... They just lied to me.

I have 2 of the 3, I guess I should switch my cable and get the bundle too. Do they run the cable through the phone line or do they use a dish?

AT&T really screwed around with my folks. We've had outages several times the past 2 months that lasted a total of 5-6 days. Pretty much all of these companies will take advantage of you if you aren't vigilant.

They told me that it was my parents job to call in every 3-4 months to see if the rates had changed but I told them I wish I could just trust them to call them to let them know about rate changes instead of letting them overpay for years. They STILL won't tell me how long my parents have been overpaying.

I think U-verse is pretty good but a lot the people I know with it have had it go down a few times. The internet speed maxes out at like 24mbs which is insane. The AT&T DSL only goes up to 6mbs.

U-Verse is fiber optic.

I ordered u-verse.

My girlfriend has u-verse and it's awesome. Thats the reason I'm switching.

It is pretty cool, I like the multi-view thing for the World Cup, Masters, ect.

My dad has U-Verse. The internet speed is ridiculous.

I have a 28.8 modem and a rotary phone and when I call customer service to complain about my slow connection, I get nowhere because I don't have a fuggen #1 to press

I miss TWC. Direct TV is to expensive and goes out everytime a thunderstorm hits. But its the only company that has TFC.

I never liked DTV, that going out in the rain thing SUCKS, particularly considering it's the only time I watch TV unless the Panthers are playing or some big event is on.

i still like the ATT bundle / direct over TWC. we had basic cable and road runner and it was just too much. going out w/ thunderstorms sucks, but is still like it better than TWC.
