Why We Should have been this years Hard Knocks

The biggest obstacle is that there are about 20 other teams HBO would rather cover than the Panthers. Get over it.

If this was true it would be Dallas, Redskins, Patriots, Steelers, and Giants every year.

As I said its a lot more about the owners/mangement agreeing to deal with extra cameras and scrutinty then the market.

If Jacksonville is on Hard Knocks then anyteam can be on Hard Knocks.

Didnt even know they did have one. Ratings must have sucked. Doesn't have as much to do with small market as it does having interesting teams.

Hard Knocks ratings were pretty bad up until 08' when they did the 2nd Cowboys camp. Last years Bengals did the best.

I think it has a lot more to do with the rising popularity of HBO, and more people finding out about the show. Also the production value/quality of coverage has improved 10 fold.

I watched the old Cowboys camp recently on NFL Network and it was put together pretty badly.

Can any of you imagine JR or John Fox signing off on "FULL ACCESS" film crews? That would probably happen the day after we sign Michael Vick and Terrell Owens. I also think Hard Knocks should be changed a little bit. There are a lot of "players" that people would like to see and not neccesarily teams. Ray Lewis is must see TV imo. Donavan Mcnabb is real funny also. However the time and expense of that many film crews plus production cost make it only viable for 1 team a year.
