I'd have to argue that.

At the beginning of the 2009 season McGahee got all the goaline carries. However speaking from experience (I had him on my fantasy team unfortunately) McGahee hardly touched the ball after week six.

Take Jones-Drew.

I think its clear my feelings on him. I feel he is the best all around back in the NFL.

Boldin and Stall are going to take receptions away from him and he won't be as relied on as he was last year because of these additions. Boldin is going to rack up 800+ yards, Stall will get over 500. That is less catching and running yards for Rice and it seems that Baltimore is still high on McClain for some reason. Rice had a breakout season last year by scoring 8 total touchdowns. Jones Drew has never had less than 9 touchdowns. Rice had 3 fumbles lost last season. Jones Drew has never had more than 2 in any of his seasons. He is the goal line offense of the Jaguars and we are now running goal line wildcat with him. Expect his 15 touchdowns to remain. He is also getting some time in the return game and could be a threat to score on special teams. I would go with him as he has proven every year he is a scoring machine.

You don't know for sure how Baltimore will run its new offense.

    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
    • Dan's been talking about upgrading CB since beginning of free agency
    • I'm more of a Hornets fan than I am a Panthers fan, I've watched a ton of this franchise the last 20 years. I post all day on RealGM. Don't get your hopes up, this is setting us up for a 20 point loss to the Heat and a swift end to the season. Spoelstra has always solved us, the Heat have two bigs that we have no answers for, and Jaquez is a certified Hornets killer that always plays us like he has a grudge on us. The Hornets being a top 10 team all year and a top 5 team the last half of the year and then flat out missing the playoffs is incredibly on brand for this crappy, horrendous franchise. I would love to be proven wrong. But I've suffered enough to know this little scheme the team is pulling. We finished 2 games out of 6th and guaranteed playoffs, and we blew two games to the Pacers and Nets earlier in the season, when they weren't trying to win. It's just who we are, Hornets DNA
