Stadium Atmosphere

Bank of America stadium and Jerry Richardson need to take note of what a good stadium atmosphere is. Watching the jets game last night I noted a couple of things. The first was that the jumbotrons were frequently giving the fans instruction. Saying quiet please when they were on offense and leading chants and asking for noise when on defense. Why can't ours do that? The other thing I noticed was noise makers. I heard a lot of air horns. I know JR has reason for not allowing them, but I don't agree with it. Biggest thing is I want Jerry to let me be what I consider a REAL football fan, and allow me to show kids(mine eventually) what being an intense fan is all about. Screw the family atmoshpere. I want a football atmosphere!!!

i want the only rules to be the law. no public indecency or physical assault basically.

This....

BOA is a frustrating place to be sometimes... but others its amazing. Depends on where you sit, who's around you. I've had old ladies tell me to sit down while we were on defense before... gah.

I know this is like a broken record, but whatever. Anywho, I think Sunday will be electric.

meh they just had a lot to cheer about.

Panther fans will cheer it just takes a lot. Our home playoff games are the very f**king best games to go to its great.

our games are great. i try to go to at least one every season since i started making pretty good money. they are not the best though. like i said. JR needs to eliminate some of the rules, and the jumbotron needs to be a better aid in pumping up or quieting the crowd.

no man. some of my favorite football experiences have been watching rain/cold weather games. It's an important part of the game and the game experience, and it's one of the few things that is still limiting offenses and keeping the nfl from turning into arena football.

i don't want to watch a game in a shopping mall, i want to watch it outside.

    • Outside of cerrato, I do like our draft overall. Hard to get can't miss draft picks when you pick late in the draft
    • Very True--and I am a former HS English teacher.
    • Not a Moore fan-but he had a few good games last year-but I want players that scare you--Renfrow's route running and intelligence, Legette's size, speed, and strength, AT's intelligence and route running, Coker's body control, strong hands, and abilty to win contested catches, and TMac's size, body control, and ability to find soft spots in zone coverages.  Horn gives them the ability to stretch the field and he plays special teams.   Moore has a nice smile and can dance.  He filled in well last season, but to get better as a team, you have to upgrade your players.  I think Moore is a bottom of the roster guy who got bumped when we drafted 2 WRs and signed a legit free agent.  Here is the thing--TMac makes us better because he is great against the zone--man?  Good luck with that.  AT's role can be reduced, and that is probably a good thing.  He can specialize in situational football. Coker?  Just getting started. XL?  Just getting started.  Drafting TMac was probably a bit of a wake up call, but XL will be better as the 2. Renfrow?  I see him splitting reps with AT--keeping both fresh and giving different looks. Horn?  Watch the safety cheat his side when he is in the game--I see a young Steve Smith type in him, but he has yet to play a game.  I hear that Morgan loves him.
