I guess I must have been out when there was a team owner that made personel decisions based upon what the fan base wants.

that's what I get from this thread. A bunch of whiney, think they know it all fans, who are pissed off cause the owner of the team is sticking to his plan.

"He didn't go after any available receiver. Unacceptable!"

Get over it. Wasn't going to happen in march, still ain't gonna happen.

Some of the things y'all post isn't even logical thinking by a 4th grader.

but go ahead, don't let me stop y'all from showing that mother nature should have already taken you out.

Richardson doesn't deserve to be insulted either.

Its fine to not agree with what he is doing. Its fine to go ahead and assume that y'all even have a clue as to why he's doing what he is.

But to insult him, and hate the man for having a plan, and sticking with it, is much worse than me stating the obvious. (Truth hurts).

a 4th grader can see (because I have heard from 4th graders on the issue) that a WR has been a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE hole for YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEARS...

the fan base is pointing out the most obvious of problems.. the fact that the owner and FO have failed to truly focus on this obvious problem means the fan base might actually be right, where the FO is wrong.. yes, that sounds asinine.. but you cannot deny the major FAIL in Carolina at acquiring or developing a WR.. (because WR has been vacant for YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEARS) so when they become available.. you would think, eventually, we might succeed instead of failing..

if you can't figure that out.. while many 4th graders have... where is mother nature when you need her?!

oh, and also, a 4th grader can also tell that signing 1 WR who will solidify a position for years isn't going against Richardson's plan.. it actually helps him.. he won't find any better players after his "master plan" has been fulfilled.. (so unleash the FO! or demand the FO fill the hole.... the Owner does have pull somewhere along this organization)

that's just my stupid opinion........

How are people seeing 900 empty seats and assuming its because our lack of a 2nd WR?

How do people know its not because of the economy, or the fact that we look like a bad team and/or were facing a bad team?

Its highly unlikley that 900 random people werent going to the game because we lack at a wr postion.

the lack of a 2nd WR really has nothing to do with it.. I don't know who linked the 2 together..

I'm only bitching about an obvious problem for years that has yet to be addressed in a perfect year to address it.. if people don't understand that, they don't understand english...

alot of teams will face similar issues regarding blackouts.. even those with 3 legit WRs... (we should ask them how they do it)

      I'm right there with you, brother. I've been a Panther fan since the day the team was awarded to the Carolinas.  We've had some good years, a couple of great years, as well as some low periods and no consecutive winning seasons. But I never thought I'd see such a period as we have over the past several years.   It has gotten to the point of being rather apathetic in watching them. In fact, I told my wife before the Miami game I was watching just to see what new and creative way they lose another game.And early on, it looked like they would. But damned if Miami wasn't more creative than the Panthers.   I'm now older than my Dad when he died (he was 65) and, like you, I've wondered if I'll ever see them have another winning season. I'd sure like to think I will.

      again, I am not his employer, I dont follow his stuff or read any of it including social media, but he has been employed long enough where someone thinks he is doing a good job, not disagreeing he isnt an moron but I am not calling for anyones job for being a moron when it really doesnt affect me
