This high-quality Premier jersey by Reebok NFL Equipment features tackle twill numbers and nameplate, and screened Reebok logos on the sleeves for an official game day look!

*This is not a sponsored or affiliated contest. Just a fun, fan run challenge between the message boards of the four NFC South teams.

All are welcome! You only need 10 weeks to qualify for the prize so join the fun!

REGULAR SEASON RULES:

Here's how it's done. To play, working with the spread, you pick four games each week, ONLY from the list posted below. If playing that week, any individual games not picked will be considered a loss. All games with NFCS teams are included, except Thursday/Friday games. The spread will come from FootballLocks.com once all NFCS numbers are known. All initial point spreads that end in a WHOLE number will have .5 added by the moderator and will be included in the numbers you see posted below, so there can be no ties.

There is also a TIEBREAKER to determine the weekly Champ and it will always be GROSS passing yards for team selected from NFCS. If not entered, the moderator will enter zero.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY !!

To avoid any possible misunderstandings, when posting your entries, enter ONLY the CORRECT LAST NAMES (as shown) of the four teams you selected and the NUMBER for the tiebreaker. Please do not repost the entire moderators entry or any other extraneous data or comments. It just slows down everything.

PLEASE DO NOT POST ON MULTIPLE BOARDS WITH THE SAME SCREEN NAME. The program has only 1 city code attached to your name.

Except for byes and when a NFCS team is playing each other, the first choice for selections will be NFCS teams. Otherwise, the moderator will select other games played on a SUNDAY, as need be, to make it four games. To be in the running for the seasonal Champ, you need to have played at least half the games to date. To win the overall title, you need to have played ten weeks (40 games) and must have also played one of the final two weeks. (Can start as late as week 8 if you play all the remaining games.) The seasonal Champion is determined by best picking PERCENTAGE, NOT by the most number of wins. Anyone can win the weekly Champ if you play 4 games in any given week!

When picking the tie breaker it will the one closest. If one is over and one is under, the tie goes to the player under. Example: If the passing yards number is 250. If someone picks 251 and someone else picks 249, the one with 249 wins.

Deadlines for entering is Noon each Sunday for games that week for all players. However, if there is an NFCS game on Saturday, the cutoff is NOON SATURDAY. Posts or changes after those times will not be considered. EXCEPTION: The liaison, a PR member for the other 3 NFCS teams, will post their players picks after their cutoff. It will take time to retype and post on our board.

The week number posted in this thread is the actual NFL week number and the date is the Sunday for that week's games.

If you post more than once and don't delete any multiple posts, your original post will be used. If you have changes, PLS delete your original post and resubmit as a new post and indicate its a REVISION. The moderator does not go back and review any prior posts for possible changes after it has already been posted to the worksheet, which is done every couple of hours.

Reports: There are two reports:

1. Current weeks results, which includes naming the weekly Champ and a listing of all who played that week.

2.YTD. It lists all who have played and their percentages. It also shows only those who have qualified to date (have played half the games) and their percentages. Also indicates those who still have a chance to qualify. Last report of the season lists all who played for the year.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

(1) If you change your screen name on during the course of any year's tournament, you must identify your original screen name in every subsequent post. Otherwise all records for that year will be split under the different names.

Most of all, have fun and enjoy!

As of 9:30 AM 9/20, this weeks games and the spreads are:

Steelers -2.5 @ Bucs +2.5

Falcons +5.5 @ Saints -5.5

Bengals -3.5 @ Panthers +3.5

Cowboys +3.5 @ Texans -3.5

This weeks tiebreaker team is: Falcons (Total Passing Yards)

Good Luck!

    • No need to explain everyone on here ‘drunk posts’ watching this team …who could blame anyone  when they were mentioned in the same breath as the Jets and Browns onward and upward as far as bryce’s little fella self, can take them
    • Sigh, we should of have kept Ashawn over this bum.
    • Well, everyone is a critic.  not much meat on the bone here in analysis but if the team needs motivation … lol   I have also heard a lot of talking head or two say that ‘Young is not in the same class as most of these teams and that in 12 of the 17 games he is the lesser QB   BR write up below  2025 record: 8-9 Last season, the Carolina Panthers made the playoffs for the first time since 2017. They won the division. Bryce Young made strides, throwing for 3,011 yards, 23 touchdowns and 11 interceptions with a 63.6 percent completion rate. Wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan won the 2025 Offensive Rookie of the Year award. In free agency, the Panthers signed edge-rusher Jaelan Phillips and linebacker Devin Lloyd to bolster their middling defense. Carolina can win with complementary football if the offense continues to trend in the right direction. In 2026, Carolina will play the AFC North and NFC North on a first-place schedule, which includes matchups against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, and the Seattle Seahawks. The club will have a much tougher 17-game slate than it had last year, which may lead to regression. The Panthers aren't on the same level as the league's top teams. We'll see the gap between them and division-winning clubs from the previous season. 2026 projection: 6-11
