Cowher is too old. It took him 15 years to put together a team that was Superbowl worthy. The only relatively older guy I would go with is Charlie Weis who I think could be very successful as a head coach in the NFL where he is not required to develop untalented kids. He runs a winning scheme that only needs to be executed and would surely bring in some Patriots alum for defense.
